Every gram of raw material is sourced exclusively from suppliers certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), and all gemstones are conflict-free and individually selected.

Yes. Every diamond we set comes with a laboratory certificate from either GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute) — the two globally recognized grading authorities. The certificate includes the stone's cut, color, clarity, carat weight, and a unique report number you can verify independently at gia.edu or igi.org.

We offer both. Every product listing clearly states whether the diamond is natural or lab-grown, and this is also declared on the laboratory certificate. Both are graded to the same standard and set with the same care.

It depends on your lifestyle and preference. 14K is the most durable choice for everyday wear. 18K is the classic fine jewelry standard with a richer color. 22K and 24K are chosen for their deep gold tone and investment character. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping is available for delivery within 2–3 business days. Custom and bespoke orders have individual timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at info@elyseafinejewelry.com.

Yes. We accept returns on eligible pieces within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, documentation, and laboratory certificates intact. Custom and bespoke pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Email us at info@elyseafinejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original Élyséa packaging, with all accompanying documentation — including the laboratory diamond certificate and any care materials. Returns that arrive without certification or in damaged condition may not be accepted.

Yes, eligible returns receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
